Description

The control system of the CNC Internal Grinding Machine adopts Siemens, and the ball screw is driven by the servo motor. It can realize high precision, high quality and high efficiency grinding under computer control. It has the characteristics of simple control, low labor efficiency and high machining accuracy. The work-piece spindle adopts high-precision diagonal ball bearing, and the work-piece speed is subject to AC frequency conversion and stepless speed regulation. A sealed enclosure is installed to protect the safety of users.

1. All guide rails adopt Swiss Schneiber roller guide rails with high precision and high vibration resistance.
2. The work-piece spindle adopts high-precision large contact paired angular ball bearings, and the work-piece speed is AC variable frequency and stepless speed regulation.
3. The guide rail and ball screw are automatically lubricated by the lubrication station and protected by a sealed housing.
4. The cooling liquid is filtered by magnetic and paper precision filtering device.
