Many small partners are worried about the poor accuracy of the workpiece grinding, and then complain about the poor quality of the purchased machine tools, but is this true? the answer is negative!
There are many factors that affect the accuracy of a centerless grinder, which can be roughly divided into three parts: one is the grinder itself, the other is human factors, and the other is the environment.
1. The grinder itself. Whether the grinding wheel is flat, whether the pallet is suitable, the rigidity of the machine, the precision of the grinding wheel guide wheel, the precision of the sanding seat, the material of the grinding wheel, and the material of the guide wheel.
2. Human factors. That is, whether the master we usually call is a master and whether he has rich experience. If it is a CNC centerless grinder, the relative weight of this piece will be reduced a bit, but the master is still important, people-oriented. Whether the front and rear splints are adjusted well, the angle is good, the gap between the grinding wheel and the guide wheel, the gap between the screw threads, the center height, the grinding angle, the grinding amount, the grinding speed, the introduction speed, etc.
3. Environmental factors.
Water temperature, level of the machine tool, whether the machine tool vibrates, etc.
All in all: keep the stability of the movement and rotation of the workpiece.
