3. When the workpiece is skewed in the middle of the grinding wheel, stop urgently.
4. The workpiece on the material rack should be put away to prevent it from rolling off and hurting people.
5. When correcting the grinding wheel, feed the knife slowly and give sufficient coolant.
6. Use the push rod to feed the elbow, hold the push rod firmly, and prohibit the use of metal rods.
7. The edge of the centerless grinder should be blunt, and the centerless grinder may cut the hand.
8. When feeding the grinding workpiece by hand, the distance between the hand and the grinding wheel should be more than 50 mm, and don't hold it too tight.
9. When grinding rod materials, the center between the support frame, the grinding wheel and the guide wheel is required to be in a straight line. It is strictly prohibited to grind the material.
10. The workpiece is not allowed to be taken out when it is not ground from the grinding wheel. When hand picking the workpiece, hold the workpiece quickly and stop its rotation.
11. Wear gloves when installing the spiral wheel. The centerless grinder takes the inner hole of the end surface of the spiral wheel, and is not allowed to take the outside of the spiral wheel.
